We recommend guests arrive on Friday, September 4, 2026 to get settled in. The main wedding events begin Saturday evening with the Welcome Apericena at 8pm.

Guests joining for the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday, September 4 will want to consider arriving by Thursday or Friday morning.

As early as possible! Italy is popular for summer travel, so we recommend booking flights and hotels 6–9 months in advance.

Our room blocks will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Yes! 

The Welcome Apericena: The dress code for this event is La Dolce Como. Think Italian summer cocktail attire. Women are encouraged to wear colorful, party dresses or separates. For men, we encourage linen suits or trousers and jacket (ties optional, not required!). The party will be held poolside at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, with dinner, drinks, and a vinyl DJ.  

The Wedding: Black tie. Long dresses for women (colors welcome!) and black tuxedos for men. Guests will walk along pea gravel paths and grassy areas, so please consider this when selecting heels. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors.

Yes! Rides will be organized for all guests to and from each event.

As a part of RSVPs, we will collect accommodation details to arrange your transportation. Specific transportation and driver details will be communicated closer to the wedding day.

FUN! Yes.

All events are intended to be outdoors, with rain check options in place on property.
